International Gourmet Specialties Co. Announces Voluntary U.S. Recall of Traditional Basil Pesto Product
International
Gourmet Specialties Co. announced today it is voluntarily recalling a limited
amount of its Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread sold under the Classico®

the back label does not identify that the product contains pine nuts, which is
normally listed on the product as an allergen.
Individuals

run the risk of serious or life-threatening illness if they consume Traditional

from another variety.
