Hazard: Flames from the tea candle can extend up the sides of the dish. In addition, a label on the bottom of the dish causes excessive smoke when exposed to the flame. This poses fire and burn hazards.
Description: This recall involves covered ceramic warmer dishes with a rack and tea light candle. A label with “Lenox” and the SKU number is on the bottom of the warming dish. The following warmer dishes are included in this recall.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled warming dish with rack and tea light and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
