Hazard: The turtle’s body can fill with water, causing it to crack or explode, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.

Description: The turtle sprinkler is made of plastic resin and measures about 6 ½-inches tall. The SKU number 400022708494 is printed on a label located on the underside of the sprinkler.

Sold at: Ross Stores and dd’s Discounts nationwide from March 2007 through September 2007 for about $9.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the sprinkler immediately, and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
