Description: The recall involves Full Moon Lanterns sold by Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. The lanterns were sold in the following three different Halloween themes: Bat (Model # XPM 012A), Flying Witch (Model # XPM 012B), and Jack O-Lantern (Model # XPM 012C).

Sold by: Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. sold the recalled Full Moon Lanterns through its on-line and print catalog, “Martha Stewart: The Catalog for Living,” from September 1, 2004 through October 31, 2004 at $19 for a set of two lanterns.
